A big thank-you from the bottom of our hearts! You don't know how much it means to us to be able to stay in this house. We call it our high-end fixer upper, but the reality is that it is as close to a dream house as we will ever need. And we think to the future, having the room for our kids and (hopefully!) grandkids to all be able to come and stay for the holidays, etc.

Back in March, we were in the pits. We thought we would have to pull our daughter from college, short sell our home, sell our family heirlooms and rent a studio apartment (that is, unless we would be living in our car!!), never to own a home again. Yes, we have a challenge up ahead in 2015 when the HELOC amortizes, but at least we have time and a game plan to deal with that. Thank goodness we called
you, after two other brokers who came highly recommended said there was nothing we could do, and after "our broker" never even got back to us to try to help us.

Our optometry practice depends on referrals so we know how important they are, and you can be sure that we will be actively referring people to you, after all you have done for us.
